1 myth. Starvation diet is the best diet.
Our digestive system is so made that we could eat mixed food, digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats at the same time. Only if you start to combine products then your organism will be healthy, not short of anything and you lose some weight.
2nd myth. Minimize the fat – the handsome figure.
Yes, if you limit the fat, you can lose weight, but fats are necessary for your organism. Without them organism cannot assimilate “A” and “E” vitamins, disrupted hormones production, liver work, rapidly aging skin. If you want to lose weight, you need to combine food properly: eat polyunsaturated fatty acid-containing products (avocado, olive oil, oily fish, nuts) with a lot of fiber and protein rich foods. On this diet you will feel satiated, your organism – healthy.
3d myth. Appetite arises when eating.
Organism calls us for eating twice. At first, when last ate food is digested and goes from stomach to duodenum. It is a signal to find something to eat and get energy. Some people react straight to this signal which goes to brains every 3-3.5 hour. And they feel full with not a big amount of food. If you wait till second signal, when you cannot think about anything else just food, you do not feel when you get food enough and overeat.
4th myth. You can thicken the butter, but not from oil.
Oil is not cholesterol so it is healthy for heart and vessels. But it has more calories then butter in which are water and proteins. You can get weight from both of them, it depends on amount. Women on a daily basis need approximately 60 grams of fat, while men – about 80 g. If you use more of them you risk having problems with health. Fats you need daily are in few spoons of olive oil, one handful nuts or one portion of oily fish.
