Women on a daily basis need approximately 60 grams of fat, while men – about 80 g. If you use more of them you risk having problems with health. How to cleanse your body in one week

In winter usually we eat more meat and less fresh fruits and vegetables. As often as not we try to chase away dark mood with sweets or alcohol. Probably for everyone would be healthy to cleanse his/her organism from toxins. So, how to cleanse your body in one week? This cleansing menu is not large but it is really useful to look what you are eating at least for one week. So this natural cleanse diet is not a punishment for your body, but gift for your health.

-  Breakfast. It is very important meal of the day, especially when you are on body cleanse diet. You can’t just drink coffee or tea and go to work because you need food to compensate nutrients you lost over night. In the morning you need the most valuable natural products. You can choose between three variants depend on your mood. Also avoid coffee and tea, unless you want to drink something hot, you can brew up ginger or mint tea.

  • 1 variant. Cereal bowl with a mixture of nuts or dried fruit and filled with soy milk.
